fucking vocalpoint man. how did i live so long without you? i say this in all completely unpaid sincerity. not that i wouldn’t accept payment for my adoration… but you never call. regardless, i love you anyway. since we first met, you have showered me with free gifts and high value coupons, asking little or nothing in return. not only are you generous with the swag, but said swag is always wrapped up in the most exquisite high-concept packaging. expensive!

but today, today was something else. sure, i vaguely remember signing up for a pantene sample few weeks ago… but i was in no way emotionally prepared for what arrived at my doorstep via UPS. UPS!  full color… die cut 2 part box whose unfolding petals revealed a full sized bottle of shampoo and 3 $2/1 coupons.

*jizz* *jizz*

seriously vocalpoint, or pantene, or whoever. how exactly is it that you can afford to give this shit away?

I also adore seeing the VocalPoint packages in the mailbox! My husband could care less about all the other free stuff we get on a daily basis, but it’s something about those intriguing little boxes of goodness that he sticks around and waits for me to open. 🙂

my boyfriend works in the print industry, so he knows exactly how much work and money go into those elaborate packages. they know what they’re doing, but i wonder a lot if it actually turns out to be financially worth it in the end. does all that packaging and high value couponage actually make their product sell more in the long run?

I was excited when I got mine the other day too. It’s the best thing I’ve gotten from them since I signed up. *jizz* *jizz* hahaha that made me laugh

Thanks to Vocalpoint I have free cereal, shiny hair and the latest technology in feminine protection. They even forgive me when I forget to log on their website and “create a buzz” about something. Viva la vocalpoint.

yeah. if they only knew that i hoarded the coupons for myself and never bothered to go on their website… they would totally cut me off. but until that day, i will continue to abuse their love. i wonder if they’ll ever notice?

jizz for everyone!! sometimes things just come, but you also have to watch your email inbox for opt-ins. i missed out on some free olay pro-x that way. my first ever vocalpoint present was a free box of kashi go lean and a fistful of $1.50/1 coupons that would let me get 8 more boxes for way cheap. good stuff!

So you know because you opened that box, some poor woman somewhere else on Earth has now been stricken with awful hair for the rest of her life. Didn’t you see that Cameron Diaz movie with the old half-a-face man?!?!

I got a free Kashi sample from VP and squeed over the packaging, too. But even harder over the awesome coupons – 1 FREE box, then 3 $2/1! I freaking love Kashi.

i never saw that movie, although from your description, it sounds like i made the right call. although as my luck would probably have it, the box would be tied to my own hair. or worse, my boyfriend’s! i had no idea vocalpoint was owned by p&g. that actually makes a whole lotta sense, and i feel even better about taking their freebies and not sharing.

Oh, and they can afford it because VP (and, like, 72% of the world) is owned by Procter & Gamble.
